One of the major hidden costs in large headquarter buildings is that of adapting office layouts to reflect internal reorganization. The ceiling design and underfoot air-conditioning system in La Lumière facilitates quick, easy and inexpensive reconfiguration of offices. The building acheived a RIBA design award and a high BREEAM rating.

Jessica Square is situated off Wandsworth High Street and minutes from East Putney underground station and the West End. The property
provides space for thirty eight cars and has convenient road access to the A3 and the South Circular Road.

Jessica Square was designed for maximum flexibility. Each floor can be divided into four separate units, each with its own toilet facilities and
separate metered services. The building could be occupied by a single tenant requiring approximately 42.000 square feet or broken down
into sixteen self contained units and was completed in 1992.
